Strawberry Rose Spritz

Ingredients: 1 1/4 oz. bitter/herbal aperitif 1/2 oz. Monin Strawberry Rose Syrup 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice 4 oz. prosecco white wine Glass: Wine Garnish: Strawberry slices, Lemon slice Instructions: Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
