Yuzu Cherry Spritz

Ingredients: 1/2 oz. Monin Cherry Syrup 1/2 oz. Monin Yuzu Purée 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice 5 oz. champagne or sparkling wine Garnish: Mint, Cherry, Lemon Glass: Wine Instructions: Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage Cap and shake vigorously Strain into chilled serving glass Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve!
