Yuzu Cherry Spritz

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz. Monin Cherry Syrup
• 1/2 oz. Monin Yuzu Purée
• 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 5 oz. champagne or sparkling wine

Garnish: Mint, Cherry, Lemon

Glass: Wine

Instructions:

• Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage
• Cap and shake vigorously
• Strain into chilled serving glass
• Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve!
