Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. Monin Cherry Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Monin Yuzu Purée
- 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 5 oz. champagne or sparkling wine
Garnish: Mint, Cherry, Lemon
Glass: Wine
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage
- Cap and shake vigorously
- Strain into chilled serving glass
- Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve!
