Strawberry Rose Spritz

Ingredients:

• 1 1/4 oz. bitter/herbal aperitif
• 1/2 oz. Monin Strawberry Rose Syrup
• 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
• 4 oz. prosecco white wine

Glass: Wine

Garnish: Strawberry slices, Lemon slice

Instructions:

• Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage.
• Cap and shake vigorously.
• Strain into chilled serving glass.
• Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
