Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. Monin Strawberry Purée
- 1/2 oz. Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
- 5 oz. Costa Cold Brew
- 2 oz. half & half
Garnish: whipped cream, strawberry, Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
Glass: Tall/Pint
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients in a shaker in the order listed, except floater
- Cap and shake vigorously
- Strain into serving glass filled with ice
- Gently pour half & half floater on top
- Garnish and serve!
